Why Can't I Lose Weight With slimming factor
Today's culture is incredibly different then 20 years ago. With all the advertisements on TV, we think our body needs to be perfect or we just don't fit in. We always ask ourselves "Why can't I lose weight with diets and exercise?" Ever notice how many different kinds of diets there are? Low calorie, Low carb, Low fat, etc... We all need carbs, fat and calories to have a balanced diet but we need to learn how to consume them in moderation. Diet sounds so depressing, Did you ever notice the first 3 letters in diet? I don't know about you, but that sound a little scary to me.
Everyone wants to target weight loss. They want to lose arm fat or their leg fat. You hear people say "I need to get rid of this spare tire". The truth is there is no such thing as targeted weight loss. You lose weight all over or nothing! You show me one pill or exercise that can lose weight in one area of your body I'll buy it and we can split the profits... because we're gonna be rich! NOT!
Everybody has a different shaped body. Some people have fat legs and their upper body is skinny, or they have a big belly and look normal everywhere else. Have you ever stopped and notice that your belly is getting bigger and at the same time you shoes are getting tight? We gain weight everywhere, not just in targeted areas.
