Your body needs to adjust to less eating and drinking, less calories and more movement. You cannot force it. At the moment your body is used to eat a lot of food, probably fast food and drink a lot, probably sodas. Your body is also not used to movements except the most necessary, like going to your job and shopping and even that will be with your car.
